My name is Jess and I have always loved making things by hand. From crafting and creating to collecting jewellery that felt personal, jewellery has long been a way for me to express myself and mark moments in my life. What started as a simple creative outlet gradually became something more meaningful. I wanted to create pieces that felt thoughtful, wearable, and made to last.

In 2024, Polite Strawberry started on Etsy. At the time, it was a small collection of charm jewellery made with care and curiosity. I never expected how quickly it would connect with others, but it became clear that people were drawn to jewellery that felt personal, playful, and quietly special. Etsy became the foundation where I learned, grew, and built relationships with customers who truly understood the brand.
